The Dynamic Duo: In-Depth Couples Counseling Package in Omaha

This package is for couples who want more than a quick fix. Maybe you’ve been together a long time and fallen into patterns you can’t seem to break. Maybe you’re newer together and want to build strong habits from the start. Either way, you’re ready to put real time into your relationship.

You’ll begin by completing a written relationship assessment tool, followed by a 90-minute session where we go over where you’re strong and where you struggle. That gives us a clear picture of what to focus on, so we’re not guessing.

Then you’ll attend nine 60-minute sessions designed to teach you powerful communication skills. We’ll practice bringing up problems without blame, listening so your partner actually feels heard, calming down when a conversation gets heated, and repairing after an argument. We’ll also work on the friendship, appreciation and affection that make the hard conversations easier.

Nine sessions gives us time to practice, not just talk about practicing. You’ll try new skills at home, bring back what happened, and we’ll fine-tune together. That repetition is what turns a good idea into a habit you still use when you’re tired, stressed and arguing about whose turn it was to shovel the driveway.
