Your privacy matters. This website is for information and for requesting appointments. Please don’t share detailed health information through the website forms or by email, since neither is fully secure. Cindy will gather what she needs privately when you meet.

Information you send through the website (such as your name, email, phone number and preferred times) is used only to respond to you and schedule appointments. It is never sold or shared for marketing.

The site may use basic, privacy-friendly analytics to understand which pages are helpful. Embedded maps are provided by Google and are subject to Google’s privacy policy.
